How do I pay?
You can leave either cash or a cheque out for your cleaner to collect or can pay direct into our account.
What happens with the key?
Blank Cleaning try to fit around you so we are happy to come at evenings or weekends so you can let us in but here are a few other options: - Provide us with a key and we will give you a key contract so you know its in safe hands. - Leave the key with the concierge and we will sign it out and return it once finished. - Leave your key in your mailbox and give us the mailbox key, we will pop it back in there when finished.
What do you provide?
We will bring cloths and products so all you need to provide is a hoover and mop.
What does a 'clean' include?
Generally in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment we can clean the following in 2 hours- although this does depend on how messy it is when we arrive:
Kitchen - All surfaces, sink and clean and wash the floor
Bathroom - Toilet, sink, bath/shower, surfaces, mirrors, clean and wash floor
Bedrooms and lounge areas - All surfaces, window ledges, t.v units, clean and wash floors.
If time allows we also clean lightswitches, skirting boards and plug sockets.
Who will do my cleaning?
Blank Cleaning is made up by a team of four: Annie, Alex, Lana and Tom. We work closely together and although each person has their own bookings we also sometimes work together or swap bookings so that we all know each others sites.
Blank professional is dedicated to providing exceptional Eco-friendly cleaning. We understand the pressure of work and home and are here to help. Only £11 per hour.
